This exchange is the platform of a socially responsible management, starting with respect and enforcement of labor laws. The company considers its employees’ families as beneficiaries of the project and its vision is to extend this contribution to the communities near the project and to the environment.
For over 6 years, the company has been a part of the Centre for Social Responsibility in Guatemala, (CentraRSE), a forum for measuring values, learn from other companies and share their experiences and implement a culture of social responsibility practices.
As part of the CSR work done in CGN the Raxche’ Foundation was established as a support to promote development in the area of operation.
